With a versatile career spanning various sectors of the food industry, Roger has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead product development initiatives and create standout offerings. Notably, and most recently for Urban Legend, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and launching a groundbreaking non-HFSS healthier doughnut brand, contributing to the brand's success in major retailers.

His diverse consulting experience includes roles at Finsbury Foods, Park Cakes, RICH’S Products, The Bread Factory and The Compleat Food Group where Roger showcased his expertise in creating and launching products for major retailers and brands in multiple product categories. His accomplishments span from designing and implementing comprehensive NPD processes from the ground up, to orchestrating successful full-range launches for major industry players such as Mars, Gails Bakery, and DumDum Doughnuts. Roger's commitment to excellence and innovative thinking has earned him accolades, including the prestigious Quality Food Award for his creation of the M&S Croissant Loaf.
